An Adventurous Journey to Bangkok and Chang Mai, Thailand
In Chiang Mai, Thailand, a visit to a rescued elephant sanctuary included preparing food, feeding, bathing, and playing with gentle, intelligent elephants—truly one of the happiest, most unforgettable days. In Bangkok, lobster noodles and curries delighted the palate, while gold-covered temples and intricate statues offered stunning cultural discoveries.
The Art of Sushi in Tokyo
In Tokyo, sushi craftsmanship reaches an art form, elevated by thoughtful sake and wine pairings guided by a knowledgeable sommelier. Highlights include squid nigiri made with one hundred precise incisions, creating an exceptionally fluffy texture, savory fish-and-vegetable broth, playful presentations of tiny fried fish, unagi paired with refined Barbaresco, and an unexpected sweet-savory seafood pound cake—an extraordinary dining experience.
